Getting the power to build up your visitors is building links. The most powerful techniques running the traffic on the web, is the hyperlink.

Backlinking is the technology that makes it able for you to browse, download products, order items, and do all you do on the web. And above all else this is the technique that drives traffic. When you build links to other web pages , you give them visitors, when other websites point to your web page , they are building your traffic.

If you own a website and it doesn’t have links pointing to it cannot get traffic from other websites. Due to this the most significant traffic technique is having a lot of links pointing to your web page, the more backlinks the merrier. That being said, in order to receive links more often than not, calls for you to link to others.

Popular companies like E Bay, Yahoo, Goggle, and MSN get great visitors because they have millions of backlinks. There are about 100 million e Bay users and Yahoo has more than 300 million users producing billions of dollars. These big websites are linked to a lot of other websites through a link of interlocking financial arrangements.

You have to add other websites within your web page. It is a favor for favor thing. Linking will always be the most important portion of any site promotion campaign. If you want website visitors, find sites to link to and have them send a link back to you.

Let’s just say you have a web page that offers paintings you did on Civil War history, then you must develop your website into a website where you will not only list your paintings but also list other peoples paintings related to Civil War history and also link to essays, books, personal letters, forums, blogs, journals, poems, movies, and even schools related to Civil War history. Then in return for having there link on your site, have them send a link back to you.

Let say, you have an online business where you supply coffee pots and sell online, you should link to other websites selling toasters, mixers, freezers, dryers, washing machine, iron, and other web pages that relate to coffee. Then have them link back to you.

Make positive you do not link to your competitors, link to items that are related to yours, this will furnish you targeted traffic. Keep in mind, not all your links have to be for work, some have to be for play. All work no play makes for failure.

The following are 10 simple yet very powerful ways to increase your sales significantly:

1. After you make a sale, make sure you contact the buyer. Compose an e-mail to the buyer and thank them for the purchase, then include an ad for other items that you are selling. Follow up with them once a week and see how they are enjoying the product. The main goal in emailing them once a week is to build trust with the customer, so make sure to stay in contact with them.

2. You could upsell to your customers. When they’re at your order page, let them know you have more products that are related to the product they are purchasing now. Then add a button so they can add the new products to there order if they are interested.

3. Tell your customers if they refer four customers to your web site, then you will give them a complete refund of there purchase price. This will turn one sale into three sales. Because most of your customers will only refer a couple of people you won’t have to give away to many refunds.

4. When you sell a product, give your customers the option of joining an affiliate program so they can make commissions selling your product. Doing this will help build a sales team to sell your products.

5. Offer your buyers the chance to purchase the master resale rights to this product. Offer this as one of your upgrades to up sell the customer or include the ad in the download. You will make more sales both with a one time offer and as another purchase from the same customer.

6. Group together other products you sell from the same niche and offer them at a discounted price. Build a fly in add for the special package that you can place on every page, for every product you sell.

7. If shipping a product to your customers, include a discount coupon for other like items that you may be selling. Doing this will boost your return sales from customers that you already have.

8. Build a catalog of all of the different items you sell, then send this catalog to every person who has or will buy something from you. This could be upgrades, special services, attachments, etc. If they enjoy your product they will buy the extra add-ons.

9. Use gift cards or gift certificates for your website. You’ll make sales from the purchase of the gift certificate. The recipient of the gift card may never use it, so your in the money and if they do there is a chance they will buy more products from your site.

10. Send your customers free products with their product package. These gifts should have your website url imprinted somewhere on the product. You could have t-shirts with your logo and website url and give them away to your customers. This is a great way to get free advertising for your website while people are wearing your ad.

Do you think you are a loved one may be suffering from ADD? If so then it is a good thing you are here today reading this article. By the time you are done reading this you will know three of the most popular symptoms of ADD and you will be able to judge whether or not you have it or not.

1-Being very jittery while seated

When trying to figure out whether or not someone has ADD, one of the best things you can do is observe them while they are sitting down. If you think you are the one who may have ADD, it is important you have someone observe you while you are seated. Typically, a person with ADD will not be able to sit still and you will often notice them playing with their hands and feet constantly. You may also notice the person standing up a lot because they are having trouble staying seated.

2-They may have some difficulty in school

One of the things that many parents are most concerned about is their Child’s grades. If you have a child who has ADD and also has straight A’s then you gave birth to a genius. One problem with the school system is that they only teach for one type of learner. This is fine if the child learns that way, but people with ADD learn in a totally different style. They are usually kinesthetic learners, which means it has to be hands on and they need to be moving. One of the best ways to make your child remember more while studying is have them ride a stationary bike or do some kind of movements while studying.

3-Not being able to easily follow directions

Does your child often have trouble following directions? It is important to note that I am not talking about disobedience, every child does that. What i am talking about is when your child honestly tries to do something and tries to follow directions but always fails. For someone who suffers from ADD, this is extremely common. The reason for this is because the child needs to actually see the task being done before they can do it properly.

By cautiously selecting the best applicable keywords and then using solid off-page search engine optimization, you will be almost guaranteed increased online visitors for your site. This is good news for online marketers and anyone needing mass traffic in order to achieve internet sales goals. It takes a little work but is unquestionably worth the effort, so don’t be lazy!

The most important consideration when starting to optimize your website should be keywords. Your web success is determined on how well you can select these; After all, this is what people have entered into Google or another search engine to find what they are looking for.

Keywords must be popular search terms, this means frequent searches are being done on Google, Yahoo!, MSN etc. Keyword phrases with a search count of 300 to 500 are good to target. Words with a count of 500 to 1,000 are great. Search count here implies how many times per month the keyword phrase has been searched.

A standard rule of thumb is to pick keyword phrases that bear a Keyword Effectiveness Index of 10 or better. KEI is a large, very complex issue, fortuitously all you are required to center on is knowing that the higher the index the simpler the keyword phrase will be to optimize.

In other words, a extremely popular search term without too many competing web pages will sustain a larger KEI than a extremely popular search keyword phrase with many, many competing sites.

You are required to focus on keyword phrases that are popular, but not so competitive that ranking in the top 3 pages in the search engines, is within reach.

I need to emphasize, going through the work of off-line optimization using bad keywords is a waste of time. They must be targeted enough to get the targeted traffic but not so obscure that no one is searching for those terms.

By optimizing your website using poorly picked keywords, your final result may be a little more internet traffic, but not getting you the particular type of visitor you had in mind, so it is extremely vital to get this right, the rest of your optimization efforts are influenced by the initial keywords you finally decide to use.

Do You Sabotage Your Weight Loss Program? http://adwordsscience.com/do-you-sabotage-your-weight-loss-program/ 2010-02-16T19:04:02Z Owen Jones by Owen Jones If you would like to lose weight, you must have a plan, a route map to success. If you would like to lose weight, you must have a plan, a route map to success. This is called a program or programme. There are thousands of programs, but many of them are just just batty. If they sound foolish, they probably are. Have you heard of the ‘cabbage water diet’? It sounds daft and it is. You cannot only drink cabbage water all your life!

Although there is a lot of nonsense talked about losing weight, there are some truths that play a role to play in almost any program you choose to follow. One of these truths is that it is better to eat many small meals during the day (about 5-6), than to go all day without eating and then gorging yourself at dinner in the evening. This is popularly called ‘grazing’.

Have you ever wondered why this might be so? Well, the fact is, that the average human body can only process about 250 calories an hour. If you eat more than that, you are almost certainly overloading your digestive system. This is why it matters, because if your body cannot handle all the calories that you give it, it will stockpile them.

Your body can only use up what it requires to execute the job that it is busy with, that is, what you are putting it through. If you are watching TV, most of those 250 will be stored. If you are exercising, most will be burned up. It stores the remainder as body fat. Your body has learned through evolution that hard times will come, so it prepares for them. It is like us putting excess money in a savings account or people hoarding food if a bad winter is predicted.

However, these days in the West, we seldom face those hard times any longer. Therefore, that fat is never used up and we just keep adding to it until we decide, by choice, to limit our consumption of calories or increase our amount of exercise.

Knowing this information, what can we do with it? Well, if you were to want to lose weight, you ought to be consuming no more than 1,500 calories a day (or whatever your program tells you), so 1,500 divided by 250 is six. if you ate 250 calories every other hour, that would give you twelve hours.

Therefore, eating light but often would be a beneficial strategy or program to follow, because firstly, you are only providing your body with what it needs, when it requires it and secondly, you are able to better maintain a steady blood sugar level, which means that you level out the spikes and troughs you experience in a normal day’s cycle.

Two hundred and fifty calories does not seem a lot, but it is surprising what it will stretch too, if you take the time to investigate. It is true that you will have to rigorously restrict some foodstuffs, like bread, pasta, rice and potatoes, but whoever honestly thought that you could lose weight by eating that stuff anyway?

If you do not have time to cook a number of times every day, look in your supermarket. There are loads of ‘250 calorie’ microwave meals. You don’t want to eat that? I can’t blame you. so get a good cookbook, which shows calorie content. You are at work all day? OK, eat some fruit, but choose wisely. It can be done, it only requires a little will and planning.

Previous to their implementation of the Western solar calendar scheme, the Chinese almost exclusively followed their own lunar calendar for determining the times of planting and harvesting and festival days. Although people in China today use the Western calendar for almost all business, governmental and practical matters of daily life, the old system still serves as the basis for working out numerous recurring holidays. This coexistence of two calendar schemes has long been acknowledged by the people of China.

However, this does not only apply to China, it also happens in most other Eastern countries, like Thailand, and most Arabic countries.

A lunar month is determined by measuring the period of time required for the moon to complete its full cycle of 29 and a half days, a standard that makes the lunar year a whole eleven days shorter than its solar counterpart. This disparity is corrected every 19 years by the addition of seven lunar months.

The 12 lunar months are further divided into 24 solar divisions characterized by the four seasons and times of heat and cold, all of which bear a close relationship to the yearly cycle of agricultural work.

The Chinese calendar - very much like the Hebrew calendar- is a combination of the solar and lunar calendars in that it strives to have its years coincide with the tropical year and its months coincide with the synodic months. It is not surprising that a few similarities exist between the Chinese and the Hebrew calendar.

For example, an average year has 12 months, a leap year has 13 months. An ordinary year has 353, 354, or 355 days, a leap year has 383, 384, or 385 days. When working out what a Chinese year will be like, one must make a number of astronomical calculations.

First of all, you have to work out the dates for the new moons. In these instances, a new Moon is the completely black Moon (that is to say, when the Moon is in conjunction with the Sun), not the first visible crescent, as is used by the Islamic and Hebrew calendars. The date of a new moon is then the first day of a new month.

The reason why the majority of countries which had their own calendars had to dump them in favour of the Western, Julian calendar that we use today, is business. First the British and then the Americans ran international business and they used the Julian calendar.Anyone who sought to work with them had to follow suit. This is why national policy often differs from local custom in Third World countries.

The government desires to trade on the International markets, but the normal family in the country can not. So, the government adopted the Julian calendar but the people only pay lip service to it. I live in Thailand and people here do not even use the 24 hour day divided into two halves. Their day has four sections of six hours each and the first part starts at 6AM, not midnight. Therefore, they have four 4 o’clocks a day, for example and no 7 o’clocks. They are also 543 years ahead of us, although this is more common, for instance in Muslim countries.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the most common New Year’s resolution in the West is to lose weight. However, it is also the first New Year’s resolution most apt to be broken! Losing weight is not difficult in theory, but practice is oh, so different. This is because it involves lifestyle changes.

Our bodies change as we get older and usually our level of activity diminishes too. Perhaps, we get an office job with a promotion, whereas we used to work ‘in the field’. But people in general, do not adjust their diet to match their change in circumstances. We sit behind our desks or in retirement and think we can still eat and drink like we did twenty years ago. Big mistake!

Fortunately, there are dozens of diets available to help us reach our weight loss goals. There are the traditional calorie counting diets, as advocated by Weight Watchers; there are the ‘new era’ diets like Atkins, which have us counting carbohydrates and there are no end of fad diets which are frankly not worth wasting time talking about.

The choice of which diet you want to follow is all yours, of course, but it is well worth examining the main kinds of diet to see which one will suit you. Then you must decide whether you will need the help and encouragement of a weekly visit to a club or not, or whether you can get that camaraderie from an online club of slimmers, where you talk to fellow slimmers in the club forum online.

It is also worth fixing in your mind, why you want to diet. Is it to look better? Or to feel more at ease in yourself? Or is it for health reasons? Or all three? Have a think about your motives and let them motivate you. Whenever, you feel like packing it all in, remember your motivation. Get a book and journal your progress, but first write your motivation in bold capitals on the front page or cover. Keep it before you and read it out loud to yourself every day.

Sound out some of the slimming sites online and work out a few key statistics like the average weight people are for your height, sex and body type and your BMI or body mass index. Write these figures on the first page of your book too and use them as the ultimate goals.

You could produce a graph and plot your weekly weight to see how you are doing. Set realistic goals and targets. You can get loads of free information from the Weight Watchers and Atkins websites or / and go to see your doctor for advice and leaflets.

Aim to lose something like 10-20 pounds in the first month and eight to ten per month after that. Go slowly and aim to go slowly, because then you will hit your targets and you won’t feel like giving up. When you get within five to ten pounds of your target weight, assuming that you have lost a lot of weight, rein back a little and allow yourself a little more freedom. Drop your target to one pound a week, so that you will get a feel for ‘eating normally’.

The dreaded exercise; you have to face it, you will have to do more exercise, but two times thirty minute walks a day is ordinarily enough. You could swim once a week too or get an exercise machine, if you are tied to the house by family.

Just what is the real cost of a college education and is there a financing scheme available? Well, lets face reality - a college education is really very expensive, causing most parents alarm when their children are considering going to a community college or a state university.

There are many of things that make up the total cost of a college education and the tuition fees are only a part of the big picture of getting into college. Common, everyday expenditures include meals, transportation, housing, pocket money and other sundry fees, which, when added up can create a significant part when financing a college education.

These days, a lot of families, even those who belong to the upper-class, think about applying for financial aid. College grants and scholarships are an excellent method of financial assistance. Grant and scholarship programs do not require the students or their families to pay back the amount given.

Scholarships and grants are of two basic kinds: (i) scholarships awarded based on financial need, depending on the financial inability of the student and their families to pay for the college education, and (ii) scholarships based on merit, for example the talent of the student in tennis is the main consideration. A students academic ability comes under the merit-based college grant and scholarship system as well.

Often, college grants and scholarships combine the merit and need criteria to ease the whole financial aid process. Many students and their families are looking for this type of financial aid. However, college grants and scholarships are limited in number although there is a growing number of students year after year.

Qualifying students can get into federal and a number of state scholarship programs. Some of which are the following:

Federal or National Pell Grants ” this is a program, available nationwide, which is meant to give financial assistance to qualified undergraduate student pursuing post-secondary schooling. Grants and scholarships of this kind are given to students who have not yet finished a baccalaureate degree.

The amount of the grant varies year after year and will depend a lot on the financial needs of the student, the expenses that will be incurred whilst attending the chosen university or college, and the availability of funds from the national government. This sort of grant will open up an opportunity for students to succeed in securing financial aid from the national government.

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant or FSEOG ” this is a scholarship for continuing undergraduate students who have dire financial needs, but not all students qualify for this type of grant. It will depend on the eligibility of the student and the amount of finances in the school in question.

Another form of financial assistance that students and families can get is student loans. However, this form of financial assistance must be paid back. The financial needs of the family must be considered thoroughly to avoid paying higher interest rates.

It is also a must to learn all the terms of the lending agency such as the schedule of repayment and interest rates, before signing up.

Work study is yet another form of financial assistance which calls for students to work to sustain themselves during their college education. Work study is commonly done on college campus and is the most usual form of financial aid in all of the universities and colleges in the USA. Usually, students will work for schools for 10-15 hours per week.

Scholarships, grants and other types of financial assistance to acquire a college education is really multi-faceted, confusing at times, and even down-right exasperating. However, the good thing is that a college education is a non-refundable and non-toxic kind of investment in the student’s future!

We often read in the press of the salaries that the Plumbing trade is achieving. It is this need for trained Plumbers that has led to salaries of 30-70k p.a. being advertised. Is this really a fib - or is this in fact accurate? For an experienced Plumber, this amount of salary is both realistic and feasible. Salaries of 70-100k p.a. are achievable, but these appear to be the area of the self-employed Plumbers rather than those who take the more familiar working methods.

If you enter the traditional work environment, primarily working for an established employer, then working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm are standard. Indeed salaries of between 15k and 30k p.a. form part of what is expected from employed status in this area, along with the added reward of holiday pay and sickness allowance. Whilst the ability to earn more than through normal means exists, the self-employed plumber usually has to consider working longer hours. This is more noticeable when the self employed plumber chooses to work in the domestic market, as result often requiring many evening and weekend visits to suit their clients.

Around which is the question of self employment which appears to fit some people. The inclusion of key elements such as utilising good ‘business sense’, covering areas such as advertising and marketing and getting your own cost-per-hour correct is integral to the picture. Furthermore, additional costs such as materials and transport, along with legal and accountancy fees will need to be paid. While these costs can mount up, so too do the benefits, however the costs should always remain a smaller part of the income generated. And the positives virtually always beat the downsides!

Student Entrants are generally looking for regular employment with a particular employer who can cover most of their working needs and teach them from experience. As quickly as possible the Self Employed Entrant needs to increase their list of accreditations that they will rely upon. That noted the main drive of self-employed workers is towards the ‘domestic’ market and not that of the commercial sector. (Not all, just the majority!)

Furthermore, each route into Plumbing has a necessity on the certification process overall. It is when the issue of NVQ’s (SVQ’s in Scotland) is considered that a considerable discrepancy becomes clear.

At first, the Student Entrant does appear to depend much more on the NVQ structure than the Self Employed Entrant. Therefore many Self Employed Entrants will meet their clients’ needs through the use of a wider range of certifications. In order to be able to meet the needs of the typical household, self-employed persons will need to rapidly gain key domestic-centred qualifications. Once they have covered the core parts the Student Entrant will often carry on their study not dissimilar to an apprenticeship in the workplace (where the NVQ element can be appraised.) By using this cheaper form of study the Student Entrant can make sound financial savings from the outset. That said it is the ability to gain real financial rewards long before the Student Entrant that encourages many Self-Employed Entrants to gain certifications faster and be motivated by a stronger commercial attitude.

It is the required financial rewards that drive the urgency of clear careers discussions, whether they are overall study or certification requirements. It would generate serious hardship, for example, for an adult requiring 20k p.a. (to provide for their family,) to go back to college and spend 3 years in low-paid apprenticeship work. Furthermore, many Student Entrants have their studies paid for them whereas the self-employed students fund the variety of course themselves. For self-employed people these costs are set by the course structure and the level of certification sought and can end up between 3k-10k+.

For the most part the private colleges are the domain of the Self Employed Entrant whereas the Student Entrant is required to study at recognised further-education colleges. It is through well known educational paths that many commercial training companies can offer routes into correct qualifications and skill-set requirements. Of a key opportunity is the ability to train out of hours - evening, part time and self study classes that allows Self Employed Entrants to continue training whilst continuing with their job and maintaining their financial situation. From this it makes sense to gather as much detail as you can especially with so many training options available. We have provided adverts and links from several to allow you to come back and review your options, so why not book mark this page (CTRL-D).

It is through the use of bonus courses that many plumbing students want to increase their ‘marketability’. Areas such as Gas, Green Energy and Electrical training can offer additional qualifications to Plumbers. As part of the commercial and domestic heating procedures, Gas training continues to be popular with Plumbers.

Without a doubt, NVQ’s that follow on core subjects lead into the careful and precise program that is Gas Training. It is the ability to add extra skills to the fore, along with the features that on-going training offers that continue to be attractive to those who trained as a plumber. From this idea the mature student works better with a fusion offered by Gas/Plumbing training. By reducing the NVQ parts the Mature Student appears to be able to allow the focus on the core subjects.

From this, the self-employed professional appears to suit the variable training schemes. To earn money whilst at the same time as gaining a wider range of perceived skills becomes a desirable prospect. This alone can add to their industrial viewpoint, as opposed to relying on sub-contracting core elements to third parties. Sub-contracting can not only reduce the earning potential of a job, but also erode the value in the customer’s eye, as they may have to wait for key stages to be handled by someone else before the final completion of the job. The more professional a Plumber is within their field the more that they have to offer their relative client base.

In retrospect, the Self Employed Entrant has the potential to achieve a much higher and more readily available income stream than Student Entrant, but to do so they need to develop both their business skills and achieve a broader range of certifications. Note: This information deals with industry requirements and policies for the UK market alone.

The salaries of Plumbers are often highlighted in the national press. Figures of 30-70k p.a. are touted, alongside much talk of the profound shortage in the number of Plumbers within the UK. So, is this really the position or is this basically untrue? To be fair, this wage level is reasonable for the correctly qualified and experienced Plumber. In fact, earnings in excess of 70 - 100k p.a. are achievable - but that is solely for those who work within the self-employed market-place, rather than those who work within established employment routes.

If you are working for a traditional company within the UK, then the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm are normal. Furthermore from a UK employer, the usual perks are holiday pay and sickness allowance, as well as salaries of between 15k and 30k p.a. A self-employed person can earn more money than this traditional approach, but will often need to work outside of the Mon- Fri, 9am to 6pm example. This is more common in the domestic market where self employed plumbers often have to work evenings and weekends to suit those clients that work during the week.

Also there is the factor of self-employment and whether it goes with some people more than others. Equally there is a need to manage good ‘business sense’, with items such as advertising & marketing factors as well as correctly assessing your own hourly rate. To be fair most self-employed people will have to prepare for additional costs including those relating to legal and accountancy fees as well as those of transport and material usage. Whilst it is expected that the benefits will be high, the costs can mount up though they should always remain a small part of the income overall. And the downsides are nearly always outweighed by the proceeds!

Firstly, it is the ordinary employer who covers most of the needs and teaching prospects that Student Entrants are interested in. The need to increase their certifications and accreditations regularly affect the Self Employed Entrant. To be fair it is the ‘domestic’ market which appeals to a large number of self-employed plumbers and not necessarily that of the commercial sector. (Well the majority do at least)

The certification units, needed by each part of the industry keeps a similarity in terms of Plumbing education. Without a doubt the issue of NVQ’s (SVQ’s in Scotland) raises a constant concern as to the way forward.

From the outset, it is clear that the Self Employed Entrant does not depend as much upon the NVQ’s as the Student Entrant. The Self Employed Entrant will regularly employ a range of certifications in order to meet the needs of their client’s requirements from the beginning. Certainly, the self-employed person needs to rapidly gain the key domestic-centred qualifications that will satisfy their typical household-based clients. Having covered off the key elements of training within the college, the Student Entrant usually then enters the apprenticeship stage within the workplace - where the NVQ element can be assessed. Due to the cost effectiveness of this study the Student Entrant can make strong savings from the outset. Nevertheless by taking a more commercial viewpoint and gaining qualifications faster than the Student Entrant, many Self Employed Entrants gain greater financial rewards and within a shorter space of time.

This clearly demonstrates the need for talk about careers, covering the certification and study required along with the expected financial rewards. It is often the issue of spending time at college and then having to go back to an apprenticeship for up to 3 years that proves difficult to many adults especially those that have a family to look after. It should also be borne in mind that many young Student Entrants have their studies paid for them as part of their overall apprenticeships, whereas the self-employed student generally funds the course themselves. Depending on the level of certification sought and the course itself the costs for people can run into 3k to 10k+.

Whilst the Self Employed Entrant can consider a wider range of education forms including private colleges the Student Entrant is limited to known further-education colleges. Often through the use of established training schemes many commercially oriented plumbing courses are now able to deliver the necessary skill-sets and qualifications. This method offers key advantages to Self Employed Students, allowing them to train evenings, part-time or on self-study classes thereby continuing with their existing jobs and maintaining their financial situation. Considering so many options on hand it is clever to gather data from as many sources as one can. Having provided an option for you to come back and review the links and adverts from several sites, why not book mark this page (CTRL-D).

Many plumbing students will go on to consider additional courses to increase their ‘marketability’. These courses can provide a range of additional certifications in areas such as Gas, Green Energy and Electrical. A popular route for Plumbers involves that of the normal domestic and commercial heating system training program of Gas Training.

Gas Training is considered a dedicated training program with key subjects followed by important NVQ’s. The opportunity for on-going training is for those who trained first as a plumber and are now seeking to add some extra skills to their repertoire. From this stance, the mature student is often more suited to a cross of Plumbing/Gas training. Indeed, the path for the Mature Student seems to be to drop the NVQ elements and to focus on the core subjects.

It is from this particular training program that the self-employed professional gains ground. Without a doubt the appeal is to learn a greater range of skill-sets and at the same time earn money from them. It is by removing the reliability on third party sub-contraction that results in the increase of the industrial package. Of concern is the reduction in customer’s value as they have to wait for jobs to be completed by others that in turn can lead to a reduction of the earning potential of a job. In order to offer more value to their relative clients Plumbers need to be more skilled in their job role.

Finally, whilst the Student Entrant breaks into the industry more quickly the Self Employed Entrant has the opportunity for higher potential earnings, but to do so they need to develop a broader range of certifications and a higher level of business skill sets.
